Alicia and I welcome all visitors to our small space in the great world of the World Wide Web. My name is Efrain Colon Tulier.

In this space we will know our Puerto Rico and its people. I dedicate this space to my family Alicia, Efraín Jr. and Evelyn. They are my Puerto Rico in Severn, Maryland.

Born in Fort Brooke (U.S. Army), San Juan-Puerto Rico but with residence in 20th ST NE Puerto Nuevo, and afterwards at 6th NE. I completed a military career in the U.S Army of 20 years and now I have settled down with my family in Severn, Maryland, with my wife and two grown children.

My dream is someday to return to my Puerto Rico, but due to medical conditions with my children it is impossible for me to return at the moment. My desire is to implement this Website with everything that I can research about Puerto Rico as a way of being near my Puerto Rico.
